Meet Andrew Harries

Behind the Screen

Today’s meet and greet through our #BehindTheScreens campaign is Energy Sales Administrator Andrew Harries, who is based out of our head office in Auckland.

Having started at YHI 10 years ago, Andrew brought with him a diverse set of skills gleaned from a handful of different industries. His experience included labour work in the food sector, working as a grounds keeper in the weekends and extensive work as a farm hand – Andrew enjoys hard work and is not afraid to get his hands dirty!

Andrew likes to get out and walk around, which, combined with his love for landscape and astro photography, makes a perfect combination. While being a part-time gamer and full-time dog lover (Andrew says his own dog is a wee troublemaker, but he wouldn’t have it any other way), Andrew still makes time to work on cars with his mates in the weekends as well.
